Lights Out Miami!  How So Cool Events Gears Up for the F1 Miami Grand Prix 

Don’t mind us as we reminisce about one of our favorite annual collaborations – The Formula One Miami Grand Prix! 
 
So Cool Events and the F1 Miami Events Team partner up each April to meticulously produce a massive, astonishing, and truly dynamic event! Focusing on setting the right Miami vibes and curating the perfect fan experience, the month-long dream-team collaboration created the most magnificent event.

For today’s blog, we asked our National Sports Account Executive, Nickie de Vaal, to let us know which So Cool rentals took the event from zero to one hundred. Read her thoughts below!  

When you’re partying it up in the Hard Rock Beach Club with John Summit, Steve Aoki, Ed Sheeran, and Don Omar (just to name a few), shade is essential. So Cool Events’ variety of umbrellas gave a chic and modern touch to many areas throughout #MiamiGP.  Whether it was a quick break from walking from the North Campus to the Marina - The Pit Crew agreed. You had to enjoy a pit stop on a comfy Zara Sofa under some shade - or when you made it to your destination in the Marina and scored a seat in the comfiest Natural Adirondacks to watch the race on the jumbo screen, we all concurred, the umbrellas were it! 

Did you make your way through the West Campus Shade Structure?  The pops of color were giving pops of LIFE here! This combo of colorful products was an utterly artistic and divine way to show off true Miami colors! In a space paired perfectly with white tables, So Cool Events’ Ocean Adirondacks, Orange Adirondacks, and Flamingo Pink Adirondacks stole the spotlight and provided the purest setting for fans to sit back and chill while enjoying a vast variety of bite options from the Westside Marketplace!

The Apex Highboy Table and White Sutton Bar Table are absolute staples in the Miami industry. From the Promenade Patio to the Marina and Paddock Gardens, these customizable classics brought the space together, and most importantly, offered fans prime spots throughout different zones! 

So Cool Events' creative solutions to upscaling boring check-in desks- customized high-caliber acrylic bars! These new bars come in white or black. All the Miami vibes with the bling and elegance of the interchangeable silver or gold frames! Yacht Club and Boathouse both had these alluring bars personalized exclusively for their check-in points.  If you're hosting a Miami soirée, here’s a pro tip: they light up!
