Sponsorship Request Form

Thank you for thinking of our rental products as you plan your upcoming fundraiser event!  Our company is philanthropic and likes to support a variety of local charities and organizations in the markets we service.  We wish we could participate in each and every worthy cause but, due to the amount of requests we get for sponsorship, we are not able to accomodate every ask.  If you are seeking a rental sponsorship please fill out the form below no less than 2 weeks prior to the event.  Our team will carefully review your submission and will respond within 5 business days of receiving your information.

Please note - all requests will be evaluated in the context of cost, equipment availability, geographic relevance to our markets, number of sponsorships allocated in a given year, and our company's marketing exposure.  Sponsorships will be awarded on rental items only.  Sale items, labor, and freight are not eligible for discounts.
